The Center for California Real Estate (CCRE), an institute of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, is proud to present a discussion titled “CCRE Presents – Capitol Conversations: Navigating California’s Housing Solutions” on Monday, April 29 from 2:30 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center.
This panel features a select group of state legislators who are at the forefront of addressing California’s housing crisis. They offer their valuable perspectives on the latest legislative developments, innovative strategies to boost affordable housing, and the overcoming of regulatory barriers that stand in the way of housing development.
This conversation covers the breadth of issues from the formulation of policy to the practical implications of legislation on the ground. It highlights the collaborative efforts needed between the government, real estate sector, and community organizations to forge sustainable solutions that cater to the growing housing needs of Californians.
